The Porsche Sprint Challenge Ib\u00e9rica (PSCI) has updated the driver categories and car groups for 2024. The biggest change is the abandonment of the older generation Porsche 911 GT3 Cup version 997.2. In 2024 there will be Porsche 911 GT3 Cup in three different groups – versions 991.1, 991.2 and the latest generation 992. Hadeca Racing drivers, Yuriy Protasov and Oleksandr Dobik, will drive the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup version 992.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the 2024 Porsche Sprint Challenge Ib\u00e9rica, six different classifications (three Drivers Cup and three Trophy Drivers) are scheduled for drivers depending on their status and car group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trophy Drivers<\/strong>
Trophy Drivers PRO AM<\/em><\/strong>
Drivers who have a lot of experience in participating in Championships, Cups or National or International Trophies, which in the last 5 (five) years have been 5 (five) first classified in the final absolute classification. It is also included in this category the first classified AM category of PSCI in 2023.

Trophy Drivers AM<\/em><\/strong>
Karting drivers aged 16 years and over with 3 (three) or more years of experience in national or international karting competitions, drivers who have participated in the GT3 Cup 2021, 2022 and 2023, but have not qualified in the 3 (three) first places in the final classification or drivers who have participated in national or international Championships, Cups or Trophies but who have not obtained classifications but have not qualified in the 3 (three) first places in the final classification.

Trophy Drivers GD (Gentlemen Drivers)<\/em><\/strong>
Drivers with experience in national or international motorsport categories, with 45 (forty five) years of age or older, who have or not participated in the Championships, Cups or National or International Trophies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yuriy Protasov and Oleksandr Dobik (Hadeca Racing) will compete together in Cup for drivers (Group 992). Protasov is nominated in Trophy Drivers AM, Dobik will start in Trophy Drivers GD.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
