The first Porsche Sprint Challenge Ib\u00e9rica race of the year on Spanish tracks was successful for both Ukrainian drivers of the Hadeca Racing team. Both Yury Protasov and Oleksandr Dobik constantly improved their positions in Saturday’s Race 1 at Circuito de Alca\u00f1iz and eventually became winners in their classes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first minutes of the race Protasov made a tidy but successful start and moved up from fifth to fourth position. After that he gradually increased the pressure on his rivals and step by step improved his position in the race — and in the last laps he was third overall. But the culmination was the final lap, when the Ukrainian succeeded in moving up to second position in the overall standings and became the winner of the Am class!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oleksandr Dobik had almost the same spectacular final race. He started from the tenth position, was ninth in the general classification almost the whole distance and was leading in the GD class. And on the final lap Dobik won two positions at once and finished seventh overall! In addition, in five races this year (four in Portugal, one in Spain) he has already won four times in the GD class standings!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
