The evening Race 1 was a great adventure for both Hadeca Racing drivers – not without incidents and problems. But throughout the more than 30 minutes of the race Yury Protasov and Oleksandr Dobik always fought for the top positions both in the overall standings and in their categories and classes!

From the start, the central event of the whole race was the battle of the three drivers for the second-third positions in the overall standings – Yury Protasov, Gonçalo Fernandes and Vasco Barros. The Ukrainian Hadeca Racing driver was on the third position almost all the time, but on the final lap he encountered problems and finished only fifth. But even in such conditions he was second in the 992 class (lost to the winner by only 0.227s.) and third in the Am category!

For Oleksandr Dobik, today’s race was the most successful of his starts in the Porsche Sprint Challenge Ibérica series. He finished seventh overall (the previous record was eighth position at the first round in Estoril). Dobik also won the Gentleman Driver, or GD category with a huge advantage – even after a minor incident (being off the track) he was almost a minute ahead of the runner-up! This is his second GD category win this season.
